Never forget, to season from a mile high…
Where is the stockpot
What oil is used?
PLEASE NOTE …
That’s not oil, it’s 1.5 litres of Knor stock.
Regular oil does not allow for the perfect chip you dirty peasants.
But that’s your choice.
Someone come up with triple cooked chip, Marco comes up with twice cooked chips, cos he’s a pro.
Triple chips man got mugged off by Marco, and now he has to live with that.
That’s his choice!
They look like turd chips.
Those chipa are suffocated in oil.
I only see clips of this dude overly explaining something super simple to make, and then bending over to take a deep whiff of his own farts 😂
Ive just watched this twice ,that was my choice 🤷♂️
I steam mine for 18 minutes, chill them and bash them up so the outside becomes fluffy, then fry them. They take about three minutes in a fryer to be crunchy and perfect.
Oh my god what a genius…wow
🔧
Li ttle chef?
What in the world is a chip?
It was Heston who showed us how to do it, not Marco.
They need to cool off before 2nd fry
It was the potatoes choice to continue to cook in their own heat
The man who butchered Jerk Chicken
They look just like the chips my grandma used to make in beef dripping with a pan on the stove and no thermometer 😮
“Perfection is lots of little things done well.” — Marco Pierre White (1961-)
its a pan of chips….. no need for faff, just fry them till they start to float! jobs a goodn!
Just buy the beef dripping chips from Aldi and chuck them in the air fryer if you want the best chips? No brainer mate.
I dip mine in Knorr stock pots.
Season? Idiot. The diner seasons them to their own taste. I hate arrogant chefs.
Where's the stock pot?
Do I throw the Knorr stockpot in with the hot oil?
Doesn't specify which type of potato he's using..
I did not cook those potatoes. It was their choice to get cooked by me.
What a fake
220 till I hear the smoke alarm crisp and perfected
No no no no you blanch them in water
No, I didn't make Gordon Ramsay cry. He made himself cry. That was his choice, to cry
Why does he put them in a dry frying pan at the end
Fat chips take longer to cook than thin chips. Think about it.
I only cooked the chips; the chips were the ones who won the michelin stars.
I love Marco and what he's accomplished but when he gave up his Michelin stars he literally became a home cook.
What type of potato is it?
stage one remove your grundies and put them on your head
remember, always season first… and during… and also after, that's perfect, delicious
i m getting bob ross feeling….
Yeah because you cook chips better than my mum in the 80's. She didn't do that shit.
Or deep fry them in Knorr stock pot. It's your choice.
Who's this Heston character people are talking about in the comments? Is he an advocate of choice?
Cut potatoes and cook in oil until desired colour, perfect chip
Remember, the potato knows what it's doing.
Gordon cooks : pure accuracy, skill, technique, vigor and anger.
Marco : "Its my choice and you can shut the fuck up. Your opinions you can shove it up your arse, you twat"
Heston would disagree XD
Shut your eyes and Kotkin is Joe Pesci
First stage..wash ..and shave
