  1. Its funny to hear that. French crepe which is very similar to dosa and the Ratatouille with all vegetables and Spinach cream which is more similar to spinach dal. I am indian who married a French man and for past 10 years its mostly fusion cooking. Like how people think naan is indian food here thats how for other cuisine also. When i really mix with their culture we definitely find lot of similarities between us.
