TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff April Bloom is tasting the 2009 Chateau La Croix Saint-Pierre, Blaye – Cotes de Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
A simple, fruit-forward, Merlot-based wine with a cool and frothy palate comprised of cherry, plum, vanilla and cassis.
This wine pairs well with: Burger, Charcuterie, Grilled Chicken with Vegetables, Grilled Filet Mignon, Lamb, Lasagne, Pasta, Ribs, Roast Beef, Spicy Sausage

70% Merlot, 20%, Cabernet-Sauvignon, 10% Malbec
