Ingredients:

spaghetti
red onion and or yellow onion (i use both)
cream
salt
soy sauce(optional)
worcestershire sauce
parmesan
chicken stock or chicken bouillon
swiss cheese
bay leaf
salt
pepper
olive oil
butter (optional)

Instructions:

-dice onions and sauté in olive oil
-add bay leaf incorporate into onions
-add 2 cups of chicken stock or half of a chicken bouillon cube, add half a cup of water if you used bouillon cube not necessary with chicken stock
-boil water for pasta and follow cooking instructions on pasta box for al dente
– turn heat off heat and add a cup of cream to onions and a few generous shakes of worcestershire sauce
-add half a cup of swiss cheese and 1 cup of parmesan
-once pasta is cooked through and drained of water you can optionally add a tablespoon of butter to pasta and definitely add a good drizzle of olive oil
-add a few shakes of pepper, salt and more worcestershire to taste
-put pasta in the sauce and mix together on low heat to let some of the cream absorb, you can add more cream if there is not enough coverage for your pasta
