Cover oxtails in tomato paste. Bake at 400F for 25 min. Chop carrots, celery, and onions into course pieces. Throw oxtails and vegetables into a pot. Add bay leaves, peppercorns, rosemary, and thyme. Cover with water and stock. Boil overnight or for a couple hours. Strain. Sear meat(preferably eye of round) in a Dutch Oven. After the meat, sauté some onions till caramelised. Add oxtail stock, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and the seared meat. Braise 5 hours. Meanwhile, caramelise onions with red wine. Make sauce. Mix mayo, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic, lemon zest, and chives. Assemble. Bread. Sauce. Meat. Cheese. Red Wine Onions. Dip into the very rich and delicious stock and enjoy!

  7. Where did I go wrong people? This young man would make any father proud 😢. I can't even get my kids to make themselves ramen noodles and this young mans out here throwing together shit I'd pay top dollar for. Maybe we should cook together more often
