You twisted it once before you said you would twist it six times, then on the last twist it you did so twice as long, so it was more like nine times than six. What will you do with that precious foil that you're saving for later?
I have never put bottle on the table.. So unprofessional.. Sorry my friend but me as a somelier in hotels… Nobody is allowed to put bottle on the table. You just ruined my view of you as pro. 😢
Ugh At my steakhouse they want us to cradle while presenting and to hold it by the neck and open it while the label still faces them. I can see why because you never know how packed the table can be but also i assume not each establishment has one set way unfortunately. thank you i mainly wanted to confirm im cutting the half moons at the right spot anyway!
This is so much easier than holding the bottle next to the table, unfortunately, the restaurant I work requires us to do that. I’m always about to break a sweat and feel stressed opening a bottle in front of guests 😭
This video make me miss my old job when i was work at rest on cruise ship doing all food dan wine service are two of my best job that make my life very hapoy, i want to work again in US as server but who know it will hapen again 😊 by the way It is not really necesary twist cork screw 6 time just make sure screw doesnt go trough cork
It is all cool, but you got your hands all over the spout of the wine bottle, which is not okay. I am saying this because my manager watched me doing what you are doing, and he lectured me that night.

Yeah, I'll have fries with that. And caramel ice-cream, please. Put it all in the bag.

Thank you ! for your video.
I don’t think is professional to put the wine on the table while opening it.
Like a mouse fart 💨
That's a beautifully demonstrated technique. I love how you used your thumb to support the cork while pulling it out. Very subtle 💯👍😮
