Ingredients:
1/3 cup of water (100 ml).
2/3 cup of milk (200 ml).
1 tbsp dry yeast (8g).
2 tbsp sugar (20g).
1 tsp salt (5g).
2/3 cup of vegetable oil (100ml).
2 eggs.
3 + 1/4 cups flour (600g).
Butter (100 – 120g).
Bake brioche at 200° (395°F) for 20 minutes.

Ingredients
* 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
* 2 cups non-dairy milk
* 2 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka honey
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
* 1½ tsp salt
Pecan Oat Streusel
* 1/2 cup whole pecans
* 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
* 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
* 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
* 2 tbsp Wedderspoon Manuka honey
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
2. In a small food processor, pulse together pecans, oats, flour, and cinnamon until it resembles a coarse meal. Blend in coconut oil and honey.
3. In a large mixing bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, non-dairy milk, honey, and vanilla. Add oats, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top oats with streusel.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown and oatmeal is firm and no longer jiggles. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into nine even portions.
If you heat honey it loses its medicinal value
Dont like pumpkin but would use sweet potato but looks great 😊
