There is an elevated sense of quality and care put into the details around the seat, which I found to be excellent although it lacks storage (is this the new trend?) I thought the wireless charging was cool and useful if you forgot your charger then I thought who really travels without one. Maybe if you lost it? Haven't been on a flight with wireless charging yet
Wireless charging is trash. Also noticed that it can overheat your device. Still seems gimmicky for now. At least with a cord you can still use your device
The new airport is too far from the city and has no rapid transit link so difficult and expensive to get to. As for wireless charging, it worked on JetBlue in its Mint suites the four times I flew it last year.

I feel that you were not impressed at all by the business class product ? To be honest, I think we can say that with this new hard product of Air France, it has become hands down the best airline in Europe. Lufthansa's allegris is underwhelming and quite inefficient with its business class configuration. Air France's business class is definitely better than British Airways. The food served though we can give them a pass, since it was not catered in Paris or departing from Asian hubs. Departing anywhere from the American continents are more of a miss than a hit.
Amazing video Gabe, as always! The airport at MEX is very underwhelming. Air France, in my opinion, has a very classy business class. It has a very chic feeling throughout. The Air France crew can be a hit or a miss to be honest. And coming to CDG airport, I feel yes it is a maze. However, what I appreciate is that they have Skypriority sections everywhere (including passport control unlike Schiphol), so even though Schiphol is easy to navigate, one is likely going to queue more and more at AMS. And you definitely nailed row 7 for engine views. I flew 7L when I flew, coincidentally from CDG-MEX in March 2025.

Nice video. Definitely looked better than that American flight from the last video. Definitely agree with the wireless charging. Feel like those type of chargers on planes and cars barely work and honestly feel like their useless. On the positive side, that cake looked great.
It’s not new on the 350-900. It’s been in service for a few years
So much praise and compliments for AF… did they pay you for this? For a large majority of French people, we avoid this company because AF has higher prices than their competitors, not to mention that the services are horrible. The cabin crew is arrogant and provides the minimum service and the worst, they are very often on strike! What contempt for their customers!

I've never flown Air France – but imagine they try a bit harder than the rest out of national pride of their style credentials! The A350 is the most beautiful aircraft out there iMO so to see it so beautifully appointed for AF was a treat.
I tried the wireless charging on the Hawaiian 787-9, but it kept charging/not charging…charging/not charging. So I ended up plugging my phone in.
As a Mexican who always fly out of Aicm it truly is always a mess😞
