In this video we will see how to make Croissant Recipe in Tamil, a classic French pastry that’s known for its flaky, buttery layers and irresistible aroma. Freshly baked croissants are soft on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside, and they simply melt in your mouth with every bite. Whether enjoyed plain, with butter, jam, or even filled with chocolate, croissants are the perfect indulgence for breakfast, tea time, or as a special weekend treat. Croissants may look sophisticated, but with the right technique, you can make them easily at home and achieve bakery-style results. The magic lies in the layering process—rolling and folding butter into the dough multiple times to create those signature flaky layers. As the croissants bake, the layers puff up beautifully, filling your kitchen with a rich, buttery aroma that’s absolutely irresistible. Serve them warm straight out of the oven, pair them with your favorite hot beverage, and you’ve got the ultimate treat that will impress your family and guests alike.
