Dressing:
1/2C avocado oil
4tbsp red wine vinegar
2tbsp honey
1/4tsp oregano
1/8tsp cumin
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp garlic powder
1-2 chipotles in adobo
*blend

Subs:
1 Italian/ french loaf sliced (open face)
16oz natural deli turkey
6 slices havarti
8oz bacon slices, cooked)

salad:
1 romaine bunch, chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
1/4C sliced pepperoncinis
*sliced avocado & roma tomato to top sandwiches

1. assemble sub sandwich w/ turkey, bacon, and then cheese layer evenly on each half
2. toast at 400 for 15 min
3. mix salad w/ half the dressing
4. top sandwiches w/ sliced avocado & tomato, salad, & a drizzle of dressing.

1 sub serves 3-4 people
