I don’t think I have ever done a “day in the life” video so in this one I am taking you with me on a day in our French farmhouse in the countryside of Burgundy. I have many different things I do for work, so every day is different depending on how many guests we have in our rentals, the projects I am working on or the meetings I have or don’t have. This day was one of those perfect ones where I have a slow morning waking up with my lovely Tigrette, then take my time to make a breakfast for guests, do my workout, work on exciting projects and go to the opening of a new café in Beaune.

My dear, oat milk is sooo easy to make. 80 g oats, 1 liter water, 1date if you like, 1 pinch of salt. Blend all in a high speed blender. Strain the milk. The paste you can use for breakfast oats or you can bake cookies. If possible use cold water, this way its not that slimy.

I started using oat milk in my coffee this year and it is so delicious. I think it enhances the flavor of the coffee more than cow's milk, Have you ever tried to make your own oat milk? It's on my to-do list.
I just started watching the video and the breakfast is lovely. But the eggs aren’t cooked very much and I’m sure they’ll be cold by the time they reach the little cabin. But everything looked really pretty. The music is lovely that you’re using on the video.

Our cat always sleeps with us. So nice. We miss her a lot 😢 now that we are in France busy with our garden shed. Next time we take her with us although she doesn’t like it. Greetings from Brittany.
My trick, when working at the computer, is to put a box beside me. The cat will LOVE it😻
Love your farm house….so cozy and not overly decorated. Btw, hope you don't mind if I suggest that you store your coffee beans in opaque containers @10:10. Clear canisters let in light, which can compromise the taste of your coffee. Always store your coffee beans away from light, heat and moisture to retain it's flavor and aroma.

My cat Fiona sleeps on my hip all night. Her purring soothes me to sleep every night. Your videos are so tranquil and I love to save them until the end of the day so I can unwind.
