I visit #epcotfoodandwinefestival 2025 for opening-day eats at Coastal Eats and Gyozas of the Galaxy.

🌊 Coastal Eats: The seafood pot pie is rich and hearty, while the Peruvian ceviche is fresh, bright, and a great value.

🥟 Gyozas of the Galaxy: Street corn dumplings (7/10) are the standout, buffalo chicken dumplings (6/10) are tasty but basic, and French onion soup dumplings (5/10) fall flat with too much wine flavor.

🎢 Bonus: I review the newly re-themed Test Track (huge improvement, fun and uplifting—now my 2nd favorite #epcot ride) and hops on Guardians of the Galaxy.

🎃 Wraps up with a tour of new Halloween merch—from Loungefly bags to pumpkin Mickey Crocs.

👉 Verdict: Both new food booths are worth a try, with Coastal Eats a must-stop.
