But then, techniques nowadays… My husband is completely bald, with hearing aids and you have to look reallly well to notice them.

I've been watching for so may years now but I wanted to comment being someone who started Invisalign 2 months ago to say to Marie that it may seem like 'oh no what have i done' for the first week with aligners but she will get used to it and will enjoy having them in, she wont even notice they are there. My progress in 2 months time has been life changing as someone who started them in my early 30s myself. I keep saying why did I wait so long to do this? We're in this together I'm excited for her!
Marie! make sure you take some over the counter pain relievers!! your teeth moving will be quite painful as they adjust. I had braces a young adult and recall my teeth being so tender for a couple days! Eat softer foods to be gentle to yourself as they shift for the next couple days

There is a place you can buy wine racks made to size – pay per hole which used to be £1.50 a hole. We got quoted ridiculous prices before deciding to do it ourselves with these racks. I will find the link and email it to you

Tell Marie good luck on her Invisalign. I'm 65 and decided to pamper myself and I've been wearing them 2 years. They do move your teeth but very slowly. And yeah it's a pain you have to take them out to eat. And yes I still have a lisp after 2 years so good luck. I hope they work
