This is so simple yet so fancy, like one of my go to breakfast anytime I have friends over.
French Toast with Slider Buns
Ingredients:
2 Dana Vitamin D eggs
4 slider buns (halved)
¼ cup milk (optional, for softer texture)
1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
Butter or oil (for frying)
Date syrup (for topping)
Method:
1. Whisk 2 Dana Vitamin D eggs with milk, sugar or honey, and cinnamon or vanilla if using.
2. Dip slider bun halves in the mixture until well coated.
3. Heat butter or oil in a pan and cook each piece until golden brown on both sides.
4. Stack, drizzle with date syrup, and enjoy warm.
