  1. As a french kid, i never eat snails and i never got snails to school lunch…😅 and i'm very happy. Snails discusting me

  2. "I have no idea how to cook steak, so I'm just gonna boil it for 20 minutes to be safe. Okay so after trying it, turns out steak is horrible." I can't comprehend why so many content creators put a "I don't know how to do this so I'm just gonna half-ass this part" into their videos. To me, if you can't be bothered to read up about it (or in this case look up some good recipes), then it shows little care for the quality of a video.

  3. Loves this series🤩
Can you please do Denmark 🇩🇰
You can do like the national dish “stegt flæske med persillesovs”😅😂

  4. I have no idea where you got that lunch lmao. As a French person, never in my life were we fed snails at school lunch (In my experience it’s more of a thing you eat for special occasions or at restaurants), or food with a side dish

  5. The lunch i got served as a kid was dry rice and fish purée. If you don't know what that is, it's tasteless boiled fish blended with water. Still traumatises me to this day.

  6. Snails in schools? 😂 I don’t know where you got that from but as someone who went through the French system in France, I can tell you this wasn’t a thing

  7. I'm not French but I tried snails in Paris as a kid and they weren't bad. It sounds strange but it really just taste like the sauce they put on it.

  8. Snails as a school lunch ? The price per kilo is absolutely not within budget for the Education nationale, for starters.

  9. As french kid seriouly they just throw a random food that you cant even decrib3 so you just end up eating yogurt

  10. Also thats not how you eat french snails they have to be fresh and need to have a soecial sauce

  11. I’m Nigerian, not French. Where I’m from, my mom would cook snails with a pepper glaze on it and it was absolutely delicious. Yall are missing out honestly, but I guess mom’s cooking is the best

  12. snails are good you just have to be open minded about certain foods bc they are actually life changing (in a good way)

  13. Nobody's eating nails at french schools lmao.. and quiche Lorraine is maybe once or two times a school year so yeah 🫥

And the baguette… We have bread, but it's not really a baguette like we can have in french boulangerie/bakery 👽

  14. Fun facts about French schools!
Preschool= L’école Marternelle (ages 3-6, yes 6 years old because there is no kindergarten. Source: my French teacher who was brown in France)
Elementary school= L’école Primaire (ages 6-11 it’s very different! They don’t go by 1st grade, 2nd grade, and so on. They go by the years they have left! For example: if it’s 1st grade in America, then it’s about the 5th year for them.)
Middle school: Le Collège ( ages 11-15. yes, it sounds like COLLEGE.)
High school: le Lycée (ages 15-18? I lowkey forgot..)
College: L’université or Les Grandes Écoles (after you finish an exam which is really hard, you’ll be able to go to a university or a big school!)

    Recess in France:
They have 3 recesses (or récré/ récréation if you’re learning French or whatever), the first “recess” is at about 10am, then at like 12pm, Theres lunch, then ACTUAL recess (where you can play games or just talk) and then at like 2-3 Theres another recess.
“Erm why do they have recess at 3pm?” Well, in France. There school ends at 4pm. I know, crazy.
