  1. Make an onion skin soup. Then use that water to keep your onions from burnings. Adds an extra layer of complexity. So fun

  3. If we are going by the original etymological definition of soup, it is not soup unless there is bread of some kind to sop up the pottage, without bread soup was called pottage

  4. Chef, why does the order matter? For instance you add the balsamic first and then a minute later the wine. Why not just add both at the same time?
