Mix 21/2 cups warm water, 21/4 tsp active dry yeast, and 21/2 tsp honey. Let the yeast activate for approximately 5 minutes. Add in 5 cups of flour and 1 tbsp salt. Mix until shaggy ball forms. Coat in 5 tbsp olive oil. Let rise in the fridge for 24 hours. Transfer dough to a 9×13 inch pan. Stretch toward sides. Let rise 11/2 hours. Drizzle with oil and add some rosemary and garlic on top. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 450F for 25 min. Enjoy!!
