This is a super light French meringue dessert made with walnuts, dusted with cocoa, and sprinkled with almonds. Delicate, sweet, and absolutely irresistible!
🍰 Recipe:
• 3 egg whites
• 190 g sugar
• 10 g corn starch
• Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Heat egg whites with sugar over bain-marie until sugar dissolves.
2. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form.
3. Add starch.
4. Sprinkle with almonds and a little cocoa powder.
5. (Optional) Fold in 30 g melted chocolate.
6. Bake at 200°F-230 F (100 C-110 C) for 1.5-2 hours.
✅I have mentioned in the video-170-180F, but 220 F is better‼️✅
