Recipe from abakingjourney’s blog. I did a few things differently from the recipe such as using a mix of caster and granulated sugar because I didn’t have enough caster sugar. I also used eating dark chocolate instead of cooking dark chocolate as the recipe called for. I also forgot to sift the flour while adding it to the mixing bowl. But despite all these changes, the cake still turned out to be the best chocolate dessert I ever made! So I’ll definitely be making this again and again until I perfect the recipe. But this version still tastes pretty perfect! I really hope you try making it too if you love fudgy, decadent and rich chocolate desserts 😊
