I hope that she can safely take the cat out on a halter and lead to be in the sunshine and grass and to explore. Being stuck in a tiny apartment like that all day every day 24/7 would be so tough and depressing for any animal. I was living overseas and had a 4 month lockdown during Covid and I went almost insane being stuck inside a house. No living creature wants to spend it's entire life stuck in a room and not being able to enjoy the outdoors.
