I learned these Recipe from a French Baker and now it is My Favorite! (Third Recipe)

📌 Simple ingredients, spectacular results!
📌 Perfect for the holidays or whenever you’re craving something homemade and sweet.

🚩Ingredients and recipe:
180 ml of warm milk.
30 g of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
1 egg.
5 g of salt.
mix well.
450 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
20 g of butter.
cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Grease the surface with butter.
make 3 cuts.
Roll each piece.
Place in a baking tray greased with butter.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
add walnuts on top.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
