Add rice flour and urad daal flour, to which add salt and ghee and finally add required water and mix well to bring it to dough like consistency
Into a tart pan apply ghee or butter and spread the dough evenly and bake it in preheated oven at 170 degree celsius for 20 mins
For ada pradhaman 1. Ada – 1 cup 2. Jaggery powder – 1 1/2 cup 3. Coconut milk – 1 cup 4. Dry ginger powder – 1 pinch 5. Cardamom powder – 1 pinch 6. Roasted cumin powder – 1 pinch 7. Ghee – 2 tbs 8. 2 hour Soaked sago – 1 cup 9. Cashews – 8 to 10 10. Dry grapes – 10 gms
First boil the ada in hot water for 5 mins it should be 80% cooked and keep it aside Now take a wide pan and add jaggery along with some water and mix well, to which add ada and sago let it cook for 5 mins now add 2nd extract of coconut milk and cook again for 5 mins and add dry ginger, cardamom and roasted cumin powder and mix well. Finally add 1st extract of coconut milk mix well and turn off the stove Add roasted cashews and dry grapes to this and the ada pradhaman is ready
