  1. Olive oil is optional? Its necessary. And there is no such thing as vegan tzatziki sauce.Tzatziki is enough.

  2. Absolutely DEEEEELICIOUS! Didn't last 5 days because my family didn't let it…and they usually turn their noses up to my vegan/[alnt based recipes! Now I have to make more!!

  3. I make soy yogurt by pouring plain soy milk (only soy beans, and water,) into a bowl along with a couple T of a previous batch, keep it warm (a little above room temp,) overnight, or until it ferments, and thickens to your liking. You can ferment it in a cold oven with the light on.

    mix in lotta sea salt into the shredded cucumber n let it sit on top a colander for bout 1 hour…..HUGE difference in both the shredded n the juice
