1 tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Maldon salt
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup +2 tbsp EVOO

  1. I do mine with chopped shallots garlic 🧄 and Italian herbs I ad Dijon mustard. Ad you lemon 🍋 juice at the very moment that you are eating/serving the salad other wise the juice will go bad and kills the dressing.

  2. Tried it with balsamic vinegar and normal vinegar, regular oil (had no Olive oil) and some Garlic powder and dried basil. Shook it all in a Jar.

    10/10 would do it again

  3. YES!! agree the avocado oil rocks and replaces all other oils for me when making salad dressing. A maple vinaigrette is great over a green salad w/ diced grilled or southern fried chicken strips + pecans. soo good.

  4. Just tried the vinaigrette! It is so good over a pile of spring greens and cauliflower, white and purple cabbage, purple onions, mariachi peppers, banana peppers, and red peppers. Topped off with carrots and boiled egg. Quinoa was meant to be a side, but it mixed so well with the salad! The quinoa soaks up the dressing and has a Delicious flavor to it. This also will be my go to vinaigrette! Thanks for sharing! 🎉🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
