Wish you would go slower. Hard for me to follow
This hurts my heart as much as i love bread (i was an Italian in a passed life in the 1500's) this was not how u make bread we used to get every ingredient fresh and used clay ovens to bake it (the oven is just a thing we use now a days since theres barely any clay ovens anymore but come on if u want to make proper italian bread dont forget to knead it and find a different recipe online i remember the stuff i used to make my bread in the past and its still very good but it does take 5 days to make the wild yeast and 6 days to be able to use it
I followed this recipe and it came out perfect. I used a dry cast iron Dutch oven.

What if your dough is too wet?

If you put it in 425 f oven doesn't it come out baked?

Shereen!! I made your recipe to the T, early this morning, let it rise for 8 hours and I just got home an hour ago and I baked it exactly the way you did everything and.. It is PERFECT!! 😍 I just cut a slice while warm and I sneered a little KerryGold salted sweet cream Butta on it, Bellissimo Bella! Ciao baby🩷💙
