Describing meat as "meaty" is why they make the big bucks.
You've got to be putting hot sauce on your greens now 🎉
We went to Sylvia's years ago, came home in a food coma, mouth open and snoring😅
I have dry mouth due to a medication I take. The entire video I’ve been salivating like crazy lol.
Listening to a Brit playfully roast French people was not something I knew I needed to hear today 😆😆😆
12:53 Rocking the Jotaro Kujo hat!
Wow! I have to put this place on my bucket list, the sides ALONE wow! 😀 soo good! can't wait <3
Ollie likes this cornbread because Sylvia's cornbread from this famous Harlem restaurant contains sugar.
Collard/mustard/turnip greens ARE very healthy and although they're bitter – like black tea, that is just an acquired taste. Give them a chance and your palates will broaden and welcome them.
I'm gonna say it. If Ollie leaves, I will drop this channel like a mother cat drops a runt. Josh overreacts with almost every bite, has the same annoying falsettos in almost every sentence and you might disagree but he does have it inside him where he thinks he's smarter and better than Ollie. Ollie's wit and comebacks would make Josh's brain fall off like meat from a slow smoked rib. I absolutely hate it when he calls Ollie an idiot and shuts him up with his "okay, okay, okay". Josh is always trying to impress people, please them, sound overly interested and surprised. "They mix SUGAR in their lemonade!! Can you believe that?!" Hate him to the bone of an overcooked whole chicken
Have y’all ever brought the school headmaster to the United States? I think this is the place to bring him.
Sassy beef turned Josh into Stevie Wonder! 😂😂
Go to universal and try butter beer a non alcoholic drink and the three broomsticks😊
That place looks too good. Soul food is unmatched
I love that Josh and Ollie have figured out how to get amazing food and then deduct it on their taxes 😂
Next year, you guys should totally come to the Minnesota State Fair! Named best state fair in the US by USA Today 2025! More food on a stick than you can shake a stick at! Come join the great Minnesota Get-Together!
mouth is watering. by the look of it perhaps it should have a michelin star like yall said. HEY FAT TIRE MAN! go check out this restaurant
I am so jealous! My mouth is watering!
"Soul Food" isn't real. It's just Southern cooking that was co-opted and renamed during the black nationalist and civil rights movements. Bolstered by the uppity whites that Malcom X warned about. A lot of white families have these same recipes in their cupboard going back to when their families first settled in the South. The black community in the South certainly had a hand in the culinary cuisine, but the re-defining is unnecessary and an early example of the sentiment people refer to as 'woke' now. Black folks and white folks ate this style of cooking together for hundreds of years before the term 'soul food' ever existed.
10:24 Nooooooooo, not like that, you dip the cornbread into the potlicker. (Sauce the greens are in.)
I havent been to Harlem yet for their food. It is southern based soul food. I will not do Okra. Yuk
White country people's cooking is way better than been around the longest doing it the best it's just most people when you hear white people food they think of the suburbs with no seasoning but not down in the South where originated from😅
I’m surprised you guys took a bite of the cornbread without the butter first thing. Best ways to open it a little bit put the butter in it so it’s all melted and just let it absorb and then take a bite.
😂❤
