As the self-proclaimed Christmas capital, Strasbourg transforms every December into a brightly decorated sea of lights. Around the cathedral, mulled wine and roasted chestnuts steam at the traditional Christkindelsmärik. Culturally and culinarily, Alsace shares many traditions with its German neighbors. These include Bredele (Christmas cookies) and Beerawecka, a fruit bread rich with nuts. Fatima Riahi bakes it with her daughter, using dried figs and pears from their own fruit and vegetable cultivation. Fatima, who grew up in Morocco, employs 120 people on her farm who face challenges in the job market. During Christmas, baking and cooking peak: pumpkin Knöpfle, a colorful vegetable carpaccio, and Pâté en croûte – a festive meat pie wrapped in pastry.

These shows are wonderful to watch. I hope that you make many more from many different regions of Europe. One learns so much from all the different cultures. Thank you
thanks , again. I wish all the world could see these films………But how do I explain
When not too many people
Can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears
Their eyes can't hope to see
The beauty that surrounds them
Isn't it a pity
