Be honest tell her you don't want to cook for her all the time she needs to cook her own food sometimes also the dog is a big responsibility it's not a child's play and unless she's 100% ready to look after it by taking it on a daily walks outside the house and picking up it's poops and losing a lot of money to buy it's food etc all by herself she shouldn't own a dog ,if you have a friend who has a dog let her take care of it for a week and see how she takes care of it
