You can get a really high-quality canned tuna in olive oil and Helmans mayo, and it will still turn out great. I have done it several times.

Tuna is not food
Just “cooked” this sandwich – I say that because it really felt like cooking a dinner and by the time I ate my baguette – there was so much delicious fat and protein in there it basically was a dinner 🙂
