  1. 📝Ingredients:
    * 2 large potatoes
    * 1 tbsp salt (for boiling)
    * 1 tbsp vinegar
    * 1 tbsp cornstarch
    * Oil (for deep frying)

    Spicy Mayo Dip:
    1/2 cup • Mayonnaise @veeba_in
    1-2 tbsp • Chings Schezwan Ketchup @chingssecret

    Method:
    1. Peel and cut the potatoes into crinkle-cut stripes. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes.
    2. Boil the potatoes in salted water with vinegar for 3–5 minutes until 70% cooked, then drain and pat dry.
    3. Coat with cornstarch and deep-fry until golden and crispy. Double-fry if desired.
    4. Sprinkle with spice mix and salt. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
