🚩Ingredients and recipe
Recipe n. 1:
200 ml of warm milk.
50 g of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
1 egg.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
4 g of salt.
mix well.
450 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
30 g of butter.
cover with cling film and leave to rise for an hour.
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
make cuts.
Do the same with all the remaining pieces of dough.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Brush with an egg yolk mixed with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Recipe n. 2:
250 ml of warm milk.
60 g of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
1 egg.
30 g of oil.
5 g of salt.
mix well.
500 g of flour.
mix well with a spatula.
40 g of butter.
cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece into a ball.
cover and leave for 15 minutes.
200 g of ground walnuts.
80 g of sugar.
2 egg whites.
mix well.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
add the nut mixture.
Do the same with the other pieces of dough.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

The 2 French recipes look good. In the first recipe I like how you braid the dough, and in the second recipe you use walnuts as a filling and I think it is a delicious recipe. It is clear that you love what you do, thank you, I will try recipe 2 too ❤❤❤❤
