Ceasar Recipe
5 anchovy filets
2 cloves garlic
Juice from 1 lemon
1 TBSP white vinegar
2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 egg
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper

-Add your anchovies, garlic, lemon juice, and vinegar to a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides if necessary.
-Add your egg and blend again until completely incorporated.
-Next, turn on your food processor and very slowly pour the olive oil in with a thin and steady stream until the mixture starts to thicken up and emulsify.
-Once the oil is in and the dressing has thickened, pour out into a bowl and add your salt, pepper and cheese. Once the mixture is emulsified, it’s easy to doctor for texture and flavor. Acid can be added for a thinner texture and more tangy flavor.
-Pop in a food safe container and enjoy for up to two weeks in the fridge.

  1. Be very careful with the eggplant… not even in the first 20 minutes mine exploded and the impact blasted the basket onto the floor and broke the handle. Im so annoyed. Would advise to poke some holes

  2. I have an awesome fried chicken recipe. I decided to mess around with it and make it using my air fryer I cannot believe how incredibly crispy it came out. I've been making this recipe for 50 years and it came out crispy to begin with but the air fryer crisps even better

  3. Aww, I was ready for you to caveman that salad, but then you disappointed me by turning around to get a fork. Sometimes food is too good to eat in a civilized manner. Sometimes it's even better when you let yourself loose and purely enjoy it without worrying about the right way to eat it.

  4. I have been cooking chicken since I was 7 years old and for some reason I still haven't mastered breaking it down. 😅

  5. My french fries technique is to put it into the air fryer for around 15 mins on lower temperature (150 °C, 302 °F) instead of cooking it in water. and then another 10 min on max. I'm also pre oil it in a different container (easier to mix it) and optionally but I usually use some flour (or corn starch) (like 1 or 2 teaspoon?). Flour makes it a bit more crispy and more dry. I season with salt and pepper. Without pepper the fries is a bit meh. It's probably not the best french fries but for me it's the easiest. I just have to wait longer.

  6. Love air fryer but no matter how much I wash or use the air fryer, all the food gets air fryer flavor

  7. I use mine to heat up leftover pizza, too. I mean it’s not homemade fancy pizza, it’s more like Domino’s. But yea, same bro! Lol

  8. Air fryers are just smaller, tabletop convection ovens. You can probably do most if these in your oven.

  9. A pass for me… I rather save $130 and use my oven that I already have (and has fast heatup). I'm still clicking to these air fryer videos to convince me but I'm more and more convinced that this is just a hype train. I want to see the exact same food done versus an oven…
The meatballs and the polenta sticks with a good planning should be done in one batch is the oven and the balls wont get cold until you wait. Bacon and breadcrums: done in one pan (also if you cut the bacon up later its no reason to leave them in 1 piece before frying). Leftover pizza? Sorry this is the first time I hear those words (j/k). Ribs and whole chicken: oven(!) much easier to work with and except the preheat time you don't save a ton of times.
I'm OK, if someone buys it for a small apartment or collage, just don't pretend its so "hot" that I could replace an oven.
P.S.: Meal prep is meal prep. You'll need to do that regardless if you use air fryer or oven or just a pan. So just get used to it. 🙂

  10. I use a Typhur dome but it's annoyingly shallow for some foods and I end up with 2 air fryers. There seems to be a V2 of the T-Fal infrared. Anyone here have it yet? Mike has T-fal sent it to you yet?

  11. I love air fryers, but cleaning them…ugh!

I so wish there could be an easier way to clean them.

For that reason I do not fry very greasy foods like bacon or most meat in mine.

  12. quick question from over the pond: would it be possible in editing to add the measurements converted for the rest of the world? There already are a lot of animations/informations edited in, so my thought is, that it wouldn't be that much more work which on the other hand helps a lot of people to also try these recipes. Thanks

  13. Very helpful video on learning how to use the air fryer and save money, because Restaurants and eating out is TOO EXPENSIVE now for the Middle Income average American. We can't do it anymore.

  14. I keep telling people to use the air fryer for their leftover pizza. I prefer it over fresh and people thought I was nuts. Thanks for being in the same boat 😊

  15. I love your channel, but I don't understand why you can't clearly call out the measurements of your recipes. I know some content creators want you to go to site to get them. I even did that and I can find the actual recipe.
