Brie cheese is meant to be left out at room temperature for a while to soften and the white cap removed. That white stuff you are eating on it is mold and typically doesn't taste good
I don’t really care for Ritz crackers, what other crackers do you recommend that or maybe not loaded with salt on the outside?
