This is a behind the scenes look at restaurant Giewont. One of Poland’s most famous Michelin starred restaurants. They cook Podhalan food, which is the food of the people living in the mountains, but give it a modern twist using French techniques. The head chef Przemek Sieradzki is sharing his journey of how he got a Michelin, being the youngest chef in Poland to get that award.

Amazing ❤
This restaurant is the living proof of the success we Poles achieved in the last 30 years after the communist times. It always moves me deeply, especially seeing this special mountain Giewont. This restaurant is also special. It's a symbol of our endurance, hospitality and talent. We no longer have to be ashamed but now we can be proud.
Another amazing video. ❤
Great video as always. When I saw this in my feed I already looked forward to my lunch brake so I could watch it!
Film mega dobrze skomponowany i ciekawy. Wszystko pasuje, fajnie połączona opowieść o szefie z jedzeniem jakie tworzy i potem jest ono pokazane.Bardzo mi się to podoba. Jestem pod wrażeniem.
A wonderful, intimate video
