She eats the French way and has mostly healthy and balanced meals, but she also listens to her cravings and satisfies her emotional hunger.

Made the tarte provincial that your mother shared and it was great! I added in onion, garlic and mushrooms and omitted the eggplant. Used a flour from France to make the crust. Very nice! Thank you, Lucie and Mom!
