100 ml. lemon juice (3 lemons)
50 g. maicena
100 ml. soy milk
400 ml. coconut milk
100 g. sugar
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of salt
1 basic vegan pie crust (
Let it set for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
