Wow it's impressive that you make spritz the original way with Select! Like an authentic Venetian 😊 I also like it very much with Cynar by the way, I was a student in Venice during the mid 2000's and I clearly remember the marketing campaign for using Cynar in spirtz, they were given out spritzs for free to people so the can try it and they even had some gadgets, I still have somewhere a rubber artichoke which was one of them. Anyway Cynar spritz had become a thing so I guess the campaign worked 😊

Wasn't it a green olive in the original recipe as a garnish ? 😛 I think that's how they serve it in Venice
I gotta admit, I'm not a huge fan of these robotic-like shorts

try this with lemon sorbet instead of ice if you need a bit of sweetness
Only difference between aperol and venetian is aperol?
Is that fever tonic water?..
What is the difference to an Aperol spritz?
Not prosecco and not soda.
Steel wine and sparkle water
Beautiful!!! I love it!!!
Thanks Mate
