3-ingredient French Toast 🍞

Ingredients 
-1 loaf of Challah bread
-24 ounces of vanilla ice cream (softened)
-4 tablespoons of ground cinnamon 
-1/2 tablespoon of butter 
Optional toppings
-Syrup
-Powdered sugar
-Sprinkles 
-Cool Whip
Directions
1. Scoop out about 24 ounces of the soften ice into a large rectangular microwave safe dish. Heat in the microwave on low power for 60 seconds. Stir and repeat until ice cream is fully liquid. Add 1/2 of your cinnamon to the top of the melted ice cream and mix. Place it to the side.
2. Slice challah bread loaf with a serrated knife into 1/2 inch slices. Place to the side.
3. Heat a large pan up on low-medium heat and melt the butter in the pan.
4. One by one, dunk the slice of bread into the ice cream and making sure it gets fully coated. Then transfer it to the pan.
5. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side. (When the cream of the ice cream starts to evaporate, this should be about the time to flip) Repeat for remaining slices of bread.
6. Let them cool on a rack for 2-3 minutes. (To make sure that outer crust doesn’t get soggy) Serve with any of the optional toppings and enjoy!
