This recipe is will remind you of the flavours of the food served to you in an Udupi ‘mutt.’ A deliciously easy recipe that can be used with suran, string beans, raw banana in addition to beans. It’s flavourful and delectable.
Lovely recipe. We make something similar but without the dry masalas – only mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and green chillies. Then throw in the beans and toss for 5 mins. Then add grated coconut, lemon juice, coriander and chopped onions. DONE!
Tried temple beans today. Really very tasty and tasted fantastic with hot chapatis. The masala is really nice and would go well with many other sabjis ❤️ Thank you

Is French beans the same as regular green beans?
Only 1 chilli is enough for masala? 🙄
Do you have a full video on this?
Sadly on my device I can’t see the full caption as it was covered by the search tag or button. I can only see the first line of caption.
If I don’t cook the masala for a good 5 mins won’t it have raw masala taste?
