Today in GreyPot lets see how to make Lemon Madeleine at home. A healthy & delicious alternative for the store bought Madeleines. Making homemade Madeleine is easier than you think. Watch this video until the end 🙂

► Ingredients:

Egg – 3
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence
Lemon Zest – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Butter – 113 gms

► Method:
=========
1. Beat eggs and sugar for 10 minutes till its size doubles.
2. Add the dry ingredients in batches and fold in.
3. Add melted butter and mix.
4. Keep this batter in the fridge for 2 hours.
5. Add this batter in a well-greased madeleine tray.
6. Bake it in 180 degrees preheated oven for 11 minutes.
7. Dust with some powdered sugar and serve.
