  1. Great video and even better collection!

Btw. These scripted questions where camera just point at you awkwardly…look… awkward. I’d recommend just doing a continuous frame where you are both in it to make it more natural.

  2. What an extraordinary glimpse into a cellar that so clearly reflects discernment, impeccable taste, and a genuine passion for the world’s finest wines. For someone with your depth of experience to be so impressed speaks volumes—this collection is truly on another level. I especially valued the thoughtful discussion on storage, insurance, and the guiding principles behind building a collection with both intention and longevity. An insightful deep dive into the art and science of curating a cellar that balances provenance, aging potential, and personal vision. Fantastic video and jaw-dropping footage! Cheers, John!

  3. Love this guy. Sometimes you watch the most amazing cellar tours and it’s some self-absorbed knob showing off his most expensive bottles. This guy shows a great range of wine. Plus, I’m partial to Italian wine myself.

  4. Very interesting vide, enjoyed it a lot. I know I am a little bit of an outcast, but I really dislike Italian wines. I do not like the high acidity of sangiovese and some other grapes. By far my fav wines are from Napa but they have the worst qpr in the world. Extremely interesting questions you made John ! I keep learning and learning and you keep asking very useful questions.

  5. Im fascinated how peoples general appearance seem to correlate to wine preferences. One look at this guy and I knew he was all about big high alcohol reds, and what do you know!

  6. Thanks so much again, John! My cellar defenders are in an entirely different tier, but Mike's enthusiasm and knowledge are so infectious that I can easily picture myself enjoying a glass with him and sharing the enjoyment. Wine is such a special pleasure that can be enjoyed over a wide range of price points, grape varieties and regions!

  7. Love these videos with other collectors. I love how you make sure to discuss less well known producers. It's one thing to see a collector pull out a bunch of first growths, DRCs, famous Super Tuscans, and Napa icons. It's another altogether to see true enthusiasts get excited about bottles that you don't hear about every day with just as much enthusiasm.

  8. What a great video with great performances! The owner, his relaxed demeanor with incredible wines and you asking the right questions for your audience!! Amazing! I’m a Hill Country Texan living in Italy and his facination with Italian varieties pulled me in, especially a grape/wine he mentioned that I also recently discovered called Schioppettino. Excellent program!! Great Job! I was also in Greece 10 days ago and took you up on your reccomendations for Xinomavro.

  9. Love your cellar. The breadth is amazing. Ap many bottles stored upright is a concern. I'd be very proud of what you have collected. Cheers and drink it up

  10. Love the genuine passion by Mr. Moore! Really inspiring to listen to his wine journey and how he approaches wine collection!🙏🙏
Would love to see a future video featuring the Attorney Somm's Wine Collection!😉😎

  11. Spoke to my dear friend John and we share similar interests Wine, fast cars and watches….my son asked us a question if we had to keep only one hobby ..what that will be ..we both said wine is the only thing we would keep

  12. In cellar tours I'd be interested to see some more smaller producers, rare or esoteric stuff that does not have to be expensive. Everyone (at least in Texas) seems to have just big, bold wines and expensive names that everyone already knows.

  13. Great stuff, lovely cellar and perspective. If you need some help getting that cellar to a proper capacity I am happy to head to Dallas and help.

  14. this fella has the exact taste in wine that i have. Italy and spain is where its at….. i have 100's of wines from these countries. Douro from portugal is now on my radar. Didnt think anyone loved priorat like me but i was wrong.
