  1. How did the fries taste? They look great. I see most people on YouTube wash them in cold water before cooking. Wondering what the difference is?

  2. This is the exact brand of beef tallow that I was looking at today wondering should I buy it. This video just asked me what am I waiting on 😂. ❤🙌🏽

  3. Wagyu beef tallow is such a scam though. It sells for a fortune because it has the word wagyu in it. I just spent 10$ from the butcher to get local beef fat and made just as much as that if not more, and paid a fraction of the price. Fat is fat, doesn't taste any different, it's just a scam because of the price.
Besides that, it all looks very good!

  4. I make my own beef tallow and I can asure you the consistency of it is not creamy but totally solid at room temperature, I don't know what you got from your butcher but I would recommend making your own beef tallow .

  5. Steak 'n Shake recently started using 100% beef tallow to cook their French Fries. Despite claims from management that they were indeed using beef tallow, they didn't taste any different from their previous cooking oil. I wish you could try them, but maybe that particular location was going through the last of their cooking oil before transitioning to 100% beef tallow. Besides, you're using Wagyu beef tallow and why would you want to downgrade what you have now? Maybe you'd like to cook one or more of the recipes in Fallow's "Cooking Every French Potato Dish: Easiest to Hardest" in Waygu beef tallow.

  6. Nice burnt hockey pucks you schmuck

An additional insult is when he smashes down on the burger as if he knew what he was doing

You gotta get all the tasty juice out of the burgers

  7. I saw Costco was selling beef tallow. I was keeping to my list so I didn't grab the 2-pack but I will the next time I'm in the store. Potatoes and beef fat are a perfect combo.

  8. l am new to tallow cooking. First time my fries burned ,this time 2 fries of 20 browned on 1 side ,the rest was soggy after 25 min and not browned. I covered them is that my problem ,other wise they splatter

  9. Wagu"".. beef tallow.??? …. No need to spend that much money, any beef tallow will work.!! personally, I prefer ghee (clarified butter) over BT, and potassium chloride over sodium chloride and mono sodium glutamate for that umami flavor profile.! But yes, if u want the taste of the original McFries, BT's the way to go.!! Just make sure the fries are as thin as the Mac-fries are, fat fries don't taste as good.!!

  10. Dump seed oils people! … you won't regret it! … animal fats have been in our diet for 200,000 years! … and only since the introduction of seed oils in the last 70 years, has bodily inflammation gone through the roof… 😪

  11. I came for the fries but, thank for the cheeseburgers I didn't realize I also needed. I just saw a video where they added a few tablespoons of flour to the hot oil and it made the fries crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I wonder if that would work with Beef Tallow?
