Don’t be a sucker and pay for bottled water in Paris restaurants. Just ask for “une carafe d’eau” – it’s free tap water, delicious, what the locals do. Save your money for another croissant 🥐.

You are not supposed to have water with your food in Paris. It's considered rude to the chef, sparkling water is however, considered an acceptable beverage to have with food at a restaurant. Know the customs of where you travel….
Or just don’t go to France… problem solved
And about to LEARN?
man, everywhere does this.
Why would you want to go to a place where people hate you for being American? My grand mother was Parisian, but I have no interest in going there and giving them my money.
Hard pass. A disaster of a city .. terrible government and the people are not friendly it’s also filthy and lawless.
What restaurant was that? Looks good. Worth going?
Can someone explain how can water be delicious?
