Madeleines Recipe Eggless French Aquafaba Cookie Cake Recipe Easy Vanilla Madeleines

Ingredients for Madeleines Recipe

3 ½ tbsp. Aquafaba
½ Cup Powder Sugar
½ Cup All Purpose Flour(Maida)
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Honey
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Powder Sugar for dusting

Procedure :-

Take Aquafaba in a bowl and beat it for 1 minute. Then add Powder Sugar and mix it well. Now add All Purpose Flour(Maida), Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Honey, Oil and mix all ingredients well and prepare the mixture. Lastly, add Vanilla Extract in it. Now pour mixture into the Madeleines moulds and bake it in a preheated oven at 200*C for 8-10 minutes or till toothpick comes clear. After baking remove from oven and cool down and dusting Powder Sugar on it.
