I made these this morning for breakfast.

I changed a few things (like the cooking time of the french toast so it’s more soft, the additional ground cinnamon & the thickness of the strips), but the recipe stayed the same. It was nice & fluffy like regular french toast. Great for portioning and sharing!

Next time, I’ll make them a little more crispier like the original recipe, which reminds me of Wienerschnitzel’s french toast.
