The name ‘The Brasserie’ means ‘a small informal French-style restaurant,’ but for @hiltonmumbai in Andheri East, The Brasserie serves as a wonderful all-day dining restaurant. The old-fashioned vibe of the place serves as an ideal backdrop for a cozy brunch with friends. Hilton Mumbai International Airport invited us to explore the magic of Mexican cuisine with renowned Mexican chef @tania.dlt.tovar from 28th January to 3rd February 2020. Tania has specially flown in from Mexico City for the hotel’s Mexican Food festival. She will entice your taste buds. Celebrity Chef Tania along with the hotel’s Executive Chef Dinesh Mhatre and his team will cook up mouth-watering creations while taking you on a spice rendezvous. We managed to savor flavor-packed dishes like Cheese Peneques, Lamb Tamales, Wrapped Fish, TikinXinc Fish with Shrimp Broth. Some of our favorites were the Chicken and exotic zucchini flower salad, Potatoes and Cactus en salsa “Macha,” Chicken Zacahuil, and Tequila Style Shrimp with mole coloradito. We loved the live counters of Burritos, Tacos, and quesadillas with delectable Mexican desserts.
