  1. Thank you Elle, I loooove Panettone. I really enjoyed your videos from India, Pondacherry was amazing. Cheers from Down Under 🙃👾👾👾💙🤍❤

  2. Informative and precise. Liked the concept of panettone on ice cream. Liked the bakery too. Mei mei looks super cute. Waiting for the next video 🎉❤

  3. The warms spices of a Pannetone, always reminds me of Christmas. We sometimes toast the bread and add butt. It is so delicious. Flan is interesting, we have something similar in Caape Town, but we call it Milk Tart. Its origins is most like French. It is such a yummy cake and everyone loves it! Do make a video on pastries, that will be lovely 🎉😊

  4. Arriving Paris Oct., Christophe is on my
list!! Always enjoyed panettone in Italy,
    and now Paris. Lovely video❤

  5. From the USA. I am Italian-American which means that my DNA is Italian (just as an aside – I had my DNA analyzed and It showed that my heritage is Greek, Italian, Sardinian, Sicilian, middle eastern, Sephardic Jew, and from the Caucasian mountain range – I was amazed) and culturally, I am American.

I am the 2nd and 3rd generation born on American soil. Getting to my point slowly here – every Christman since I was a very young child, my mother purchased an Italian Panettone bread for us to eat after we opened our Christmas presents on Christmas morning. It became a tradition.

  6. Here in Texas we are blessed with Mexican Flan Caramel flavor and it is a year round treat, but come the holidays Pannetone appears and we get to enjoy it then! So I'm a fan of both! and would love to taste some of Christophe Louie's creations.

  7. I enjoy eating panettone, not only at Christmastime, but at other times when I see it available. I like to have coffee with it.

  8. Awesome video, Gabrielle! Great interview and I need to check out Christophe Louie and try panettone! I have not had it before. And I second others, a video about the history of boulangerie would be great! I enjoy learning about the history of different foods from your videos.

Have a great rest of the week! 😊

  9. Just subscribed, the only channel that I can practice my broken French 😂. In Miami we also have Panettone also a Christmas thing, but I am more a Cuban Flan guy. My mom makes flan de calabasa with raisins and flan de coco 😋. Please keep making your videos half English half French it helps me a great deal. Thanks. Follow me if you’d like as well.
