We will take potato cut into French Fries shape
For coating – corn flour,Maida,black pepper,black salt,Red chilli powder
Take potato and coat it well in slurry and then coat with bread crumbs
Rest it for 1 hour in freeze
After 1 hour deep fry in hot oil
