  2. You were asking for help to find "proper" French restaurants and I have two related questions for you. How easy is it to find/identify gluten free food on the restaurant menus and what would you like to prepare on board if you were catering for gluten free guests?

  3. I think pasta just makes more sense to go with chicken parm even though I do love fries. Both were amazing
