It was an evening of delicious, Montana-sourced food, stories, community, and laughter. La Brasserie in Bozeman, Montana, and their ‘Diner Des Amis’ series is not to be missed.
This installment welcomed three-time @BeardFoundation semi-finalist and 2025 finalist Executive Chef Dave Wells of Chico Hot Springs in Pray, Montana.
La Brasserie partnered with Gallatin Valley Botanical, Tangen Draw, Wickens Ranch, and the gardens at Chico Hot Springs to bring four courses of Montana flavor. Sommelier Ron Pannessi expertly guided our pairings, along with his fascinating stories. Feast Montana host Jimmy Michaels gives a tour of the event.
